Terms of Service

By accessing or using Trurentra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform. If you are using Trurentra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Trurentra is a property management platform that provides tools for lease management, maintenance tracking, financial reporting, inspections, and communication between property managers, property owners, and tenants. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying features and property limits.

To use Trurentra, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each user must maintain only one account.

Free Plan

The Free (Starter) plan allows you to manage up to 5 properties at no cost. Free plans may have feature limitations as described on our pricing page.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.

Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in suspension of your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree to use Trurentra only for lawful purposes related to property management. You may not:

Use the platform to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including fair housing laws.

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our systems.

Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without our written consent.

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Trurentra without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Trurentra, including property information, lease documents, financial records, and messages. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve our services.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload. You must have the right to share any data you provide, including tenant information.

You may export your data at any time. If you close your account, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Trurentra enables collaboration between property managers, property owners, and tenants. When you share property, lease, or financial data with other users through the platform, those users will be able to view and interact with that data according to their assigned role and permissions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the access you grant to other users is appropriate and compliant with applicable laws.

Trurentra and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Perizer Corp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Trurentra may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors or mapping services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

Trurentra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Trurentra is a software tool to assist with property management. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for complying with all applicable landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and tax requirements in your jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perizer Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of Trurentra.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perizer Corp from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of Trurentra, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Trurentra at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of Trurentra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
