Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 5, 2026

Trurentra ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Perizer Corp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Trurentra platform, including our website and application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role (property manager, property owner, or tenant). If you manage properties, we also collect property addresses and unit details you provide.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment card details. Trurentra does not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with Trurentra, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, IP address, and timestamps. This helps us improve the platform.

Property and Lease Data

You may upload or enter property details, lease agreements, maintenance requests, inspection records, and financial data. This information is stored to provide our services to you.

Communications

Messages sent through our in-app messaging system are stored to provide the messaging service and maintain conversation history for all participants.

Third-Party Services

If you use features that rely on third-party services (such as address autocomplete), those services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Trurentra platform and its features.

Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.

Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.

Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities to improve user experience.

Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

3. How We Share Your Information

Within Your Organization

Property data, lease information, and messages are shared between property managers, property owners, and tenants as necessary to provide property management services. For example, a tenant's maintenance request is visible to their property manager.

Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or government request.

Business Transfers

If Perizer Corp is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Property records, lease documents, and financial data may be retained longer as required by applicable landlord-tenant and tax laws.
